Student Accident Agreement & Disclaimer

By booking a driving lesson with Safestart Driving Lesson, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that driving lessons involve operating a motor vehicle, which carries inherent risks such as accidents, property damage, or injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks. 

Liability Disclaimer: 

Safestart Driving Lesson, its owner, and instructors shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, or damage that may occur during, before, or after the lesson, whether I am using my own car or the instructor’s car. 

Insurance & Responsibility:

• If using my own vehicle, I confirm it is properly registered, insured, and roadworthy, and I accept full responsibility for any damages or claims. 

• If using the instructor’s vehicle, I acknowledge that while it is insured, I remain responsible for any intentional or negligent actions that may cause damage or injury. 

Medical Condition:

I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle and have no condition that may impair my ability to drive safely.
